QTALK started as a simple idea: people love reacting to short videos, but actually creating those reactions is far more painful than it should be. Every user I spoke to had the same story — download a video, open an editor, record separately, align both clips, export in the right format… by then the trend has already passed. So QTALK set out to remove all that work and make reactions something you can create in minutes.

We didn’t look at QTALK as just another social app. What stood out was how quickly it turned into a habit-building space. The easier we made the workflow, the more often people came back. When something takes almost no effort, it quietly becomes part of your day.
